Kennedy's Cove is a "no frills" steakhouse renowned for executing surf & turf in a straightforward manner. However, the best deal on their menu is the $11.00 Blackened Banquet Burger.
The average hamburger is morphed out of conventional ground chuck and nuked into a bland dehydrated patty. The Banquet Burger is a decadent composition of pure tenderloin, aromatic herbs, and spices. Its blackened rub consists of freshly milled peppercorn, sea salt, and bold seasonings, which compliment the ground tenderloins rich, sweet nature. Once the burger is seared over hot open flames, the blackened rub forms a protective crust to preserve the beef's natural juices and flavors.
